Mô tả công việc

To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation or section of the operation for the site(s) and the customers.

Safety & Security

● Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safe First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards. Take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan.

● Driving continuous improvement quarter on quarter based on removing barriers to improved performance for the department where necessary.

● Ensure adequate security measures are in place to protect the operation, including the safety of personnel, FML assets and of the customer’s product and assets for the operation or section of the operation.

● Involve clients and employees in their activities to ensure awareness of all relevant risks, and an effective response to all threats is implemented in the operation or section of the operation.

Regulatory Compliance

● Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant FML & Clients policies, ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations

Process and Framework

● Ensure the relevant work instructions and standard operating procedure for the operation are in place and are followed

● Maintain processes, work instructions and associated forms required for the operation. Update and review them regularly to ensure they are appropriate for the operation and obsolete documents are removed

● Analyze the risks of business disruptions to the operation and identify appropriate business continuity procedures to minimize risks and limit the impact

● Attend and participate on customer, regulatory and internal audits, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure an adequate action plan is implemented to resolve issues.

Clients Engagement

● Act as the key point of contact for the Clients relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement

● Drive a continuous annual site improvement program with key millstones to be assessed each quarter to support customer retention and loyalty

● Support Business Development/ Account Management on contractual and commercial issues and customer renewal planning

● Ensure defined process exists to capture and record all Clients on contractual agreements, expectations, feedbacks and issues and regularly review with relevant stakeholders

● Ensure the Clients Satification Survey for the site takes place as scheduled. Define, agree and implement relevant actions to close gaps that have been identified.

Resource Planning and Management (RPM)

● Manage the overall approach to resource planning and management, ensuring that processes are in place, teams are recruited, assessed, trained and resources are planned to meet the forecasted volume and managed to achieve optimum performance

● Lead the team to develop the most efficient operation possible with full understanding of available RPM system functionality to drive continuous improvement agenda

● Establishes clear operational objectives and ensures lean and efficient organizational structure with a regular focus on operation profitability and direct labor spend

● Define clear roles and responsibilities of all employees and ensure they understand the organization (org chart, documented role profile).

Performance Management

● Responsible for the overall annual performance of the operation, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs, delivering operation budget and other internal KPIs (e.g. Safety, operational, employees related etc,)

● Ensure direct reports appraise their team members and approve the performance ratings of the reviews, ensuring overall consistency across the site

● Translate agreed high-level objective into specific and actionable operation plans and manage the implementation

● Build and manage relationships with both internal and external service providers developing an annual action plan to ensure operational performance and productivity is improved across the operation

● Ensure result are effectively communicated at every level, according to KPI’s tree definition.

Site(s) Development Plan

● Ensure effective completion of Site(s) Development Plan actions by following the Management Review Process, with personal accountability for those tasks a in the plan with 12 month target completion times.

Contract Logistics Projects

● Coordinate with Project Manager/Director to

- Preparing and implementation related matters of New Contract Logistics Project.

- Preparing and lead innovation related matters of Current Contract Logistics Project.

People Management Leadership

● Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operation

● Communicate regularly through Performance Dialogues, Gemba Walks and Town Hall meetings

● Ensure local recognition processes are in place to reinforce behaviours associated with our culture (eg. Respect & Results, Continuous Improvement, Employee Engagement)

● Develop a culture where people give and receive feedback in a constructive and productive manner

● Ensure regular management reviews take place including performance, audit results, compliance, conformity, CAPAs, follow up actions and recommendations for improvements

● Leverage HR processes and tool to encourage and support the growth and development of individuals.

Yêu cầu công việc

-       Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant majors

-       At least 3 years of management experience in the same industry (Prefer 3PLs)

-       Good desktop applications and expert on logics WMS & TMS

-       Deep understanding on implementing Contract Logistics.

-       Good English communication skill

-       Good team management skill
