Responsibility 1: Formulate an annual development strategy and plan
- Build strategies and annual development plans in accordance with the company's business goals and strategies;
- Plan and propose potential provinces and cities to open Hypermarket/ Shopping Mall of the company.
Responsibility 2: Project development
- Search and identify potential site for hypermarket/shopping mall;
- Propose suitable premises in accordance with the company's goals and strategies.
- Work with Committee, land owners, real estate agencies and other partners to find suitable site for hypermarket/shopping mall (based on location criteria, area, advantages and disadvantages at the request of the Company's BOD);
- Coordinate with law firm appointed by the company to negotiate with investors/ landlords about the development process, structure and content of the contract;
- Support the Development Director, line manager to negotiate prices and contract terms;
- Monitor the progress of the project.
Responsibility 3: Report & Market Research
- Prepare site reports including: collecting and analyzing competitor information, statistics, market potential, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, related projects and events affecting the market to make decisions.
- Update market information (competitors' activities and strategies, influential events related projects), new Laws and Regulations of the State, review and make recommendations to improve the company's development plan, suggest appropriate actions/reactions;
- Make weekly work reports or other reports as the request of the Development Director or General Director.
Responsibility 4: Other tasks
- Implement other assigned task by Development Director or General Director;
- Comply all regulations and procedures’ company.
