1. Support GM business (35%)
- Actively support HoGM in formulation and implementation of the business strategy: actively support the implementation of Evolve commercialization such as monitoring the progress and utilization; Mosaic activity monitoring such as client visits/calls – follow up activities, GCAD – trend analysis
- Facilitate the running of day to day business:
- Ensure our business is aligned with the Group/Regional strategy and guidance in terms of business, IT, digitalization
- Define and implement best practices eg. treat customer fairly, order handling,..
- Perform local internal and external audit reviews – reviewing lesson learned from recent SBV’s audit and the last internal audit to close the gap/audit points
- Regulatory change management:
- Identify regulatory changes and their impact to the business…
- Monitor progress and timelines; timely implementation of key regulatory changes
- Frequently update compliance chart; work with RC to provide update and training on regulatory changes to the team

2. Customers/stakeholders (20%)
- Regular MI reporting:
- WSB team performance – turnover – PC- VA vs. History and vs. Plan (LC, ISB, MnC)
- Individual team member performance VA + PC vs. History and vs. Plan
- FX margin analysis for each client segment and in total
- Deal count analysis/Evolve commercialization progress, no. of clients onboard, no. of clients book trade, no. of deals, turnover, and revenue

3. Operational effectiveness and Control (45%)
- Business and Operational Risk Management:
- Ensure the business remains compliant with all bank wide policies and procedures, and maintains an acceptable of level of business and operational risk
- Ensure all regulations/compliance issues are clearly understood
- Create an environment where regulations are followed by individuals
- Continually re-assess the operational and business risks inherent in the day to day running
- Undertake checks to ensure appropriate controls are in place
- Complete satisfactory business audit reviews
- Business Continuity Management
- Define, implement and maintain required BCP solutions to ensure the business has a robust recovery plan in place
- Ensure regular update to ensure our BCP adhere to the Global CIBM BCM strategies and standard policies
- Analyze crisis impact on business activities including the on-going identification of risks
- Maintain and conduct BCP awareness plans and training programs

- Actively work with Regional BRCM and risk stewards on RCA, MSII, and audit points to have remediation and path-to-green
- Minimum 5 years experience in Global Banking and Markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese), 3rd language will be preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills with experience of interacting with senior management of customers (CEO's, Regional Treasury)
- Proven track record of managing customers
