Visibility in GT & MT Channel
- Build & develop Trade Visibility strategies for all Categories in both GT & MT Channel (Groceries store through Permanent and Extra POS materials).
- Laise with Categories to develop Visibilities programs tailored to specific product launches, relaunches, or promotional campaigns.
- Implement effective visibility execution across the distribution system.
- Track progress of monthly Visibility registrations and executions.
- Evaluate program effectiveness in terms of sales performance and achievement rates compared to set targets.
POSM Management
- Discuss Categories and Marketing to propose suitable POSM ideas for each company product. Assess the feasibility of POSM deployment in the market.
- Produce unique POSM with high applicability to achieve superior business effectiveness in GT channels.
- Control quality and production time in line with program schedules, from sample making and quotation procurement to warehouse delivery to distributors.
- Implement POSM usage for visibility and enhance Sales image optimization in the market.
- Ensure POSM reaches the market on time for product launches and reward POSM for TPM and Accumulation programs.
- Deploy, set up, and instruct Sales in implementing Clear POSM for distributors after delivery.
- Review POSM inventory at distributors and distribution center warehouses to plan the usage of purchased quantities.
Budget Management
- Tracking / monitor POSM production and GT channel display budget within approved budgets for each category by AP and MUF numbers.
- Update actual monthly expenditure for accounting purposes.
- Invest budget efficiently into paid visibility items monthly.
- Optimize POSM quality to fit the current budget best.
Project focus
- Projects enhancing product image during critical periods.
- Projects launching new products. Timely support with sampling materials, promotional POSM, display POSM, and sales support.
- Support internal Activation programs (detailed budget planning, area execution, equipment provision, recruitment, training, shift arrangement, sampling control, PG reporting, progress reporting to the brand, program effectiveness, review, and evaluation upon completion).
DMS Accuracy
- Set up Visibility programs according to monthly schedules.
- Control Visibility and results within scheduled times on the Portal system.
- Review monthly Visibility results and related data on sales, registered POSM lists via the Oracle system.
- Manage distributor inventory for periodic display image POSM types.
- Manage images for C1/HPC/BIA channels.
Trade Sup Management
- Monitor and manage the Trade Visibility from market activities to weekly reports, product launch reports, projects, and display results.
- Provide training and coaching to Trade team in the field.
- Conduct market visits to enhance team efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or related major.
- At least 3-5 years working same experience in trade marketing and managerial level.
- Leadership skills and Strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions.
- Good relationship building and teamwork.
- Innovative thinking & flexible: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.
- Capable of analyzing big amount of data and creating a strategic suggestion to sales team.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
