I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SOP Implementation and Adherence
Follow and implement existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and regulatory compliance.
Support the review and update of SOPs under the guidance of the direct manager.
2. Process Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor daily operations to identify process inefficiencies or deviations.
Suggest improvements to optimize workflow and enhance process reliability.
3. Training and Compliance
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on SOP changes and regulatory requirements.
Ensure team members follow SOPs correctly and consistently during daily operations.
4. ISO 27000 Support and Compliance
Support the implementation of ISO 27000 standards in daily activities.
Assist in data collection and documentation for ISO audits and assessments.
5. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all quality-related activities.
Prepare routine reports on compliance, process improvements, and operational status.
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge
o Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their application in operational processes.
o Basic familiarity with ISO 27000 or other quality management standards is a plus.
o Knowledge of document control and version management principles.
o Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to business operations.
- Skills
o Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear and structured SOPs that are easy to follow.
o Attention to Detail: Capable of identifying gaps or deviations in processes.
o Communication Skills: Effective in conveying SOPs and process updates to team members.
o Training and Support: Experience in supporting team members to understand and follow SOPs.
o Problem Solving: Ability to identify and escalate process gaps for corrective actions.
o Time Management: Efficiently handle documentation updates and support audits.
o Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation.
- Experience
o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SOP Documentation, Quality Assurance, or Process Management.
o Experience in documenting and maintaining SOPs.
o Exposure to internal audits and compliance checks is an advantage.
o Hands-on experience in training staff on SOP adherence and process updates.
