Job Description Overview: As a key member of our Sales team, the Senior Product Specialist reports to the General Manager. This role focuses on driving the sales of medical devices by delivering expert guidance to healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, collaboration with the sales team, and cultivating relationships with key accounts. The objective is to contribute to sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends. This position is instrumental in advancing our mission to provide innovative medical solutions and fostering lasting connections within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through research, networking, and diverse prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- To cultivate robust relationships with new and existing clients by discerning their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring they are kept informed of updates and promotions.
- To diligently pursue and surpass individual and team sales targets by finalizing deals, generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits for the company.
- To manage key account, key sector assigned by General Manager
- To develop and executive business plan, achieving individual and team goals
- To response and settle customer requirements on product demonstration
- To keep up date market trends, product changing technologies
- To conduct product training sessions and workshop to customers
