JOB SUMMARY:

Be responsible for process monitoring & line troubleshooting

Be responsible to control and improve process document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design
Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition
Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect. Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution
IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement
Line audit, Gemba Walk
CIP for material & routing saving
