• Review the Contract, Change Orders, Claims etc. received from Sales Offices/Clients and raises questions and requests for clarifications as necessary from beginning of the project.
• Coordinate with concerned functions and stakeholders to make sure the project execution complying with contractual requirements such as schedule, scope.
• Ensure clients inquiries and complaints are resolved as soon as possible
• Closely monitor the FG and ensure its clearance on time right after the production is completed.
• Ensure the actual shipment in line with planned shipment
• Make sure expenses are under budget, or escalate to higher level for any over budge case.
• Ensure with concerned functions to procure the material or to engage services at the most economical cost.
