Mô tả công việc

  • Planning, creating and manage of Consumer Goods campaigns calendar from Merchandising site, focus on Mom&Baby and FMCG.
  • Leading on customer insights, customers behaviors, customers trend and co-ordinate with MD team to understand consumers product insight to bring the best benefit to customers and contribute in delivering targets.
  • End-to-end project management of major umbrella campaigns, big category campaigns and brand campaigns.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of campaigns in terms of approach and resource investment.
  • Working closely with the vendor merchandising team, marketing internal team, brand/supplier, finance team and other business departments (if any) to ensure campaigns run successfully.
  • Supporting the team members and act responsibly for the success of the company.
  • Analyse opportunities by leveraging all forms of insight from the system – feeding into collaborative sessions across the group.
  • Writing reports and forecasting sales levels;
