Senior Logistics Manager

• Lead a team of 10+ executives managing the performance of 16 partner warehouses.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Set operational goals, define KPIs, and closely monitor performance, especially during peak and campaign periods.
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimize fulfillment costs in line with company OKRs.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, meeting quality and service standards.
• Manage and continuously improve OMS, WMS, and related logistics technologies.
• Explore and implement automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements related to warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Lead logistics-related projects, innovations, and value-added initiatives to support business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in e-commerce or fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience, managing and developing teams.
• Hands-on experience with OMS, WMS, and logistics systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
