Senior lab technician-Hardline lab/Toy

1. Daily Operation:

• Test plan, test specification, test list on Toys are met customer expectation and Company regulation, QM document related
• Perform tests on Toys in a professional and safe manner, ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients' instruction and as per division quality procedures.
• Maintenance / calibration equipments.
• Maintains Toy all laboratory documents/records in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, SATRA, HSE policy.

2. Technical Development:

• Participate in developing new test method.
• Check the capacity of laboratories for new standards (standards, people, equipment). Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers.

3. Collaboration:

• Provide technical support to other team members and report to magament the problems on Toy equipments.
• Performs training of new technicians as well as training of technicians whenever there's an update in the test procedures

4. Resource Management:

· Equipments tools, consumables should be kept in good conditions, stored at proper places;

· Responsible for minor maintenance of laboratory equipment as guidance of suppliers/ supervisors

5. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure that all operation procedures/ guidances strictly follow operation procedure/ guidance when operating equipments, tools in order to maintain smooth operation of the equipments, tools

1.Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in Toy laboratory.

2. Qualification

-        Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry

-        Have experience in Toy testing equipment

-        Microsoft office skills

-        Able to work independently

-        Ability to mange multiple task

- English (Reading & Writing)
