Support for current applications:
- Takeover and move to production new application, change from IT Development, Vendor.
- Analyze and handle request, incident to make sure that applications can best support business requirements.
- Analyze, find root cause and resolution to ensure that problem is resolved permanent.
Design Technical Solution:
- Work closely with Development team to understand operation requirements and to be implemented.
DevOps:
- Build and lead the deployment process for new features.
- Work with IT Development team and Incident team to explain and resolve any issues related to system performance and stability.
Support:
- Support: Deliver Level 2 support for systems/applications to critical issues related to system stabilization.
