Our client (Japanese company) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with deep knowledge of labor law and broad experience in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law. This includes creating internal regulations, collective labor agreements, and handling labor disputes.
- Oversee payroll processing, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, foster positive employee relationships, and ensure a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations, implement innovative practices, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HR staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the team.
- Possess a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles, coordinating with the Finance team on relevant matters.
