1. Growth Strategy
● Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
● Identify and prioritize growth levers across iOS, Android, Web, and offline channels.
2. Channel Growth & Optimization
● Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns (UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO/ASO).
● Design and execute retargeting, loyalty, referral, and CRM campaigns to maximize conversion and LTV.
● Drive synergies between online and offline growth initiatives.
3. Data-Driven Growth
● Analyze user behavior, cohorts, CAC/LTV, and campaign ROI to guide decision-making.
● Collaborate with Product & Data teams to run A/B tests, improve UX/UI, and optimize conversion funnels.
4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with CEO to define and drive Medigo’s growth strategy.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Offline Ops teams to deliver cross-functional growth initiatives.
Mentor junior growth/marketing team members.

● 4–5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Business Growth.
● Proven track record in E-commerce, Healthtech, FMCG, or high-growth startups is a plus.
● Hands-on expertise with digital channels: Meta, TikTok, UAC, SEO, CRM, Retargeting.
● Strong knowledge of growth frameworks (AARRR, North Star Metric, CAC, LTV, Retention cohorts).
● Solid data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar).
● Strategic mindset with a strong hands-on execution capability.
