Job Purpose
The job holder take responsibility for the activities of bussiness marketing of division, including:
1. Business Marketing Planning
2. Design of MKT content for Program/ Campaign
3. Marketing campaign management (i.e. above the line marketing – HO directly communicates with customer; direct marketing; below the line are those campaign communicated 4 Marketing performance management

Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Business Marketing Planning
- Develop and embed overall marketing calendar (including GTS, insurance) detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy (i.e. acquisition, retention, deepening) by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups
- Manage execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide monthly update
- Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Drive preparation and implementation of NPS survey
2. Design of MKT content for Program/ Campaign
- Design content for marketing program, campaign
- Co-ordinate with related internal and external parties (e.g. agencies) to design content for marketing program, campaign
3. Marketing campaign management (i.e. above the line marketing – HO directly communicates with customer; direct marketing; below the line are those campaign communicated via sales channel)
- Develop, embed and manage campaign management mechanism including standard campaign specification, campaign proposal, campaign fulfilment process and documentation
- Strengthen public awareness and branding through collaboration with bank-wide Marketing team for marathon, above the line media, social media, strategic sponsorships, etc. (if any)
- Strengthen collaboration with Central Marketing team to leverage on resources for common campaign (e.g. TET premiums, Mid-autumn festival gifts, etc. if any)
4. Marketing performance management
Develop KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment
