A. Daily SAP S/4HANA Operational Support (Approx. 50%)
- Provide first-level functional support to business users for SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues.
- Identify root causes and coordinate with external SAP vendors/consultants for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth and stable daily SAP operations.
B. SAP S/4HANA Integration Project Support (Approx. 50%)
- Act as a key member of the SAP S/4HANA project team.
- Attend project workshops and support the Project Manager in project activities.
- Support Data Migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist business users during the Training phase, working with vendors to address gaps or issues.
- Provide post-go-live Hypercare support during the critical stabilization period.
Other Responsibilities
- Report task progress and issues to the Line Manager.
- Perform other ERP or project-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
