Participate in and manage the implementation of ERP projects with external partners or through in-house development.
Design and develop web/app applications to support task management and internal operations.
Manage the technical team following Agile methodology: assign tasks, provide guidance and technical support to team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure project timelines and quality.
Define, analyze, and design system architecture to ensure sustainability, information security, high performance, easy maintenance, scalability, and upgradeability.
Coordinate with business departments and the IT manager to ensure the implemented solutions align with practical business needs.
Participate in technical consulting and improvement of internal software development processes
