Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement an integrated Digital Marketing strategy

  • Manage, execute, and optimize digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Plan and deliver branding, lead generation, and performance marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

  • Work closely with the Sales/Business team to support lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.

  • Manage digital content to ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with the F&B market and product positioning.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as KPIs, ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.

  • Analyze user behavior and propose improvements to landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnels, appropriate to the company’s scale and resources.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and F&B market insights; propose creative and practical growth initiatives.

  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, website vendors, KOLs/KOCs if applicable) to ensure campaign effectiveness and timely delivery.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing; experience in F&B, FMCG, Retail is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing activities

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and website management is an advantage.

  • Strong ability to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently.

  • Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of digital metrics

  • Proactive, flexible, hands-on, and growth-oriented.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
