I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Category Management & Business Strategy
Sales Performance & Data Analysis
Sales Planning & Forecasting
Business Initiatives & Process Improvement
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Address Customer Feedback: Raise bad reviews/ratings to the Support Product Development (SPD) team via email and Wrike tasks, preparing data for resolution meetings monthly.
Implement Review Solutions: Collaborate with SPD to address negative feedback through strategies like rating improvements or launching new ASINs (requesting UPCs and creating listings).
Monitor Customer Sentiment: Track customer reviews and ratings daily across 30% of listings with issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain brand reputation.
Operations
II. REQUIREMENTS
· At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Executive, Category Development Specialist, E-commerce Specialist) or in category management/project management.
· Solid understanding of category management principles, including market/competitor analysis and consumer behavior.
· Proven ability to analyze sales data (GMV, conversion rates, traffic, ad spend, etc.) to drive business decisions.
· Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis) and Google Suite.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and creative approach.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, coordinating with various departments.
· Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, adaptable, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
· (Optional, based on previous context) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and an interest in AI/automation in business are advantageous
