SCM Planning Senior Assistant

• Overview: We're looking for a proactive SCM Planning Senior Assistant to help forecast demand, manage stock levels, ensure product availability across key categories, and support scenario planning to keep us ahead of market changes. Join our fast-moving supply chain team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with Commercial (Marketing, Trade MKT, Sales, CS-SO) and Finance (MA) teams to generate accurate demand forecasts for assigned categories.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance customer service levels with stock optimization
• Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Out-of-Stock (OOS), Slow-Moving & Obsolete (SLOB), and Days of Inventory
• Scenario Planning: Support scenario analysis and contingency planning in response to market changes and supply chain disruptions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain roles
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities across functions
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
