Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Sales Strategy Senior Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies across GT, MT, and B2B channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability. You will play a key role in market development, customer expansion, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement annual sales strategies and action plans (KPI, AP) by channel and region.
Align monthly strategies with overall company objectives.
Build detailed sales plans across GT (agents & distributors), MT (supermarket cooperation & partnerships), and B2B.
