Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Expand market presence and identify new product opportunities (food colors & industrial pigments).
Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure regular visits.
Manage pricing strategy and support business development.
Lead and develop the Hanoi-based sales team.
Prepare reports and recommend performance improvements.
Establish systems and procedures for the Marketing Department.
Provide support for other departmental tasks when required.
Good at English
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business/Marketing is a plus.
+ 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in food ingredients, food additives, or the industrial pigment sector.
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Good understanding of food colors, industrial pigments, and related market products.
