Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager HVAC for Southern Sales Team. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team and ensure customer satisfaction. He/she will work closely with various departments to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to develop key relationships across M&E contractors, consultants, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and execute sales strategies to achive sales target, with a focus on project-based sales.

· Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.

· Coordinate with technical and service teams and other Depts to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

· Analyze market trends, competitors, and propose appropriate business strategies.

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates on pipeline and performance.

· Participate in seminars, event, exhibitions and networking opportunities to promote company products.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project sales, particularly in Chiller, HPAC, AHU, and FCU systems; with 2 years of managemen experience.

· Proven leadership experience; team-building experience is a must.

· Strong network within the M&E sector.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Preferred:

· Experience working with multinational HVAC brands.

· Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
