Kinh nghiệm:
1. Sales strategies:
§ Develop and implement strategic sales plans for furniture categories: indoor/outdoor furniture/Decorative home accessories.
§ Find customer, and final order >> Closing sales.
§ Manage the orders and understand the customers expects.
§ Main excellent relationship with customer network.
§ Identify potential customers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
2. Supplier/factory management:
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new suppliers.
§ Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvement initiatives.
§ Source and onboard new suppliers to expand the vendor network for US, UK market.
3. Merchandising management:
§ Coordinate daily operational activities in production.
§ Manage and supervise merchandising process to ensure the quality, order specifications and delivery dates.
4. Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain competitiveness >> Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
5. Quote: collaborate with the technical team & Costing Team to analyze cost >> calculate the listed selling price and provide quotation to customers asap.
6. Market Analysis: coordinate with BA team to:
§ Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging technologies in the furniture industry.
§ Provide regular market analysis and insights to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
§ Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering.
7. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Technicial/Quality Assurance team to ensure that suppliers meet or exceed quality standards.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technicians, Sourcing/Merchandiser, Costing, and BA… to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- College, University.
- Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade.
- English (Proficient in all four skills).
- Proficient in office computing.
- 2-3years in a similar position in the wood furniture industry.
- Honest, careful, meticulous, and quick. Able to handle high work pressure.
