Job requirement

- Build up sales plans & strategies including: sales quota, sales forecast results to deliver business goal- Lead & grow sales team to hit sales targets & improve sales productivity;- Monitor & improve sales processes and new experiment to improve execution;- Plan & monitor internal sales team policies/ incentive structure, workflow & guideline for revenue growth & team development;- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, services;- Manage Sales Department & Customer Service Part to deliver best service & secure customers’ satisfaction;- Work closely with BOD & other departments to accelerate business growth & achieve company business goals.- Recruiting, evaluating, training and mentoring employees- Manage contract implementation, debt, after sales - services
