Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for pretreatment chemicals.
  • Collaborate with the company's technical team to provide consulting services and propose optimal pretreatment chemical solutions to customers.
  • Support the technical team in conducting product trials, evaluations, and transferring surface treatment processes to customers.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and recommend improvements to products and services.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Regularly report to management on business progress, ongoing projects, and market developments.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in Technical Sales position in pretreatment chemicals / metal surface treatment chemicals for B2B customers 
  • Fluent in English
