Get to know our Team:

  • GrabFood team explore and execute projects, including new business and ways to enhance current practices. You’ll get on-the-ground and get your hands dirty

Get to know the Role:

  • Efficiently operate new projects and businesses in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Deploy business and operational knowledge to identify and solve problems effectively


The day-to-day activities:

  • Manage complex sales cycle and understand decision making processes in food and beverage industry
  • Manage sales activity, pipeline building strategies and revenue tracking
  • Facilitate post sales activities to ensure smooth operations and retain accounts on the platform
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with key accounts

The must have:

  • Bachelor degree in business and other related fields
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Sales and account management experience preferred
  • Food and beverage industry related experience preferred
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationship to grow Grab’s services
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong ability to utilize MS PowerPoint, or similar platforms in creating Instructional Design materials as a learning medium
