Get to know the Role:
Efficiently operate new projects and businesses in a fast-paced startup environment
Deploy business and operational knowledge to identify and solve problems effectively
The day-to-day activities:
Manage complex sales cycle and understand decision making processes in food and beverage industry
Manage sales activity, pipeline building strategies and revenue tracking
Facilitate post sales activities to ensure smooth operations and retain accounts on the platform
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with key accounts
The must have:
Bachelor degree in business and other related fields
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good command of the English language
Sales and account management experience preferred
Food and beverage industry related experience preferred
Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationship to grow Grab’s services
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong ability to utilize MS PowerPoint, or similar platforms in creating Instructional Design materials as a learning medium
