1. Dealer Relationship Management
- Maintain and manage assigned dealer accounts: receive orders, monitor delivery status, and respond to related issues.
- Implement sales programs, promotions, and pricing policies according to the company’s schedule.
- Track sales performance, reconcile actual figures, and report results periodically to management.
- Support dealers in placing suitable orders and handle arising issues related to delivery, debts, and inventory.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, SKU coverage, and assigned KPIs.
- Collect and report market and competitor information as required by the manager.
2. Product Image and Merchandising Compliance
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with the company’s brand identity standards at points of sale.
- Check POSM materials, promotional items, and periodically monitor inventory and product expiry dates.
- Gather and report market and competitor insights as requested.
3. Reporting and Coordination
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, including sales revenue, inventory, and program execution results.
- Attend all company meetings, training sessions, and experience-sharing activities.
- Monitor KPIs, inventory, revenue, and merchandising status of retailers in assigned areas. Analyze performance and propose recommendations to optimize business operations.
