In Merchant Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant
partners for GrabFood. You will work closely with the sales manager to identify,
segment, contact and close merchants.
The day-to-day activities:
●Curate and contact merchants who are interested in partnering with GrabFood
●Identify and segment merchants who would be ideal partners, call and set up meetings
●Work on sales pitch deck to ensure that our services meet the merchant's needs
●Negotiate contracts and collect all relevant information and documents
●Report daily progress and results, work with sales manager on KPIs
●Work across functions to tailor merchant specific needs (e.g. customized reporting,
marketing support, integration)
The must haves:
●Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent
●Experience in F&B industry is a plus
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and
provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
●Demonstrated ability to work independently with a history of achieving and exceeding
KPIs
●Have a competitive edge and drive to grow a new business
●Be very organized and efficient with time management
●Strong track record of sales success and ability to close
