Revenue Manager reports to Head of 2W Vietnam, and focus on both strategy and execution. You will identify initiatives to grow business services that improve revenue and profit mix, help other department head to execute those initiatives, and even own the execution and results of some initiatives yourself. This position is suitable for exceptional mid-level candidates who may lack some leadership experience, as it provides opportunities to develop to become future business heads.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Contribute to shaping the strategy and direction for GrabExpress Vietnam

  • Identify growth initiatives to improve revenue and profit mix

  • Prepare business and growth plans

  • Coordinate with department heads and their teams to help them execute initiatives

  • Own execution and results of suitable initiatives

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or engineering, ideally MBA

  • At least 5-6 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, global management trainees of global FMCG companies, management positions, strategy, or business development

  • Excellent leadership, management, problem-solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills

  • Discipline and able to hit aggressive targets

  • Fluent English.

  • Proactive, energetic, fast pace, meticulous.
