Get to know the Role:

The IT Voice Engineer will:

• Provide 2nd level server and application support

• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of current infrastructure

• Setup and installation of Linux Server

• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems

• Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references.

• Troubleshoot networking issues which affect voice quality

• Involve in new and existing projects​

The must haves:

• Min Diploma in IT/Computer Science

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/System Administration Support

• Experience with Linux Servers

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux Scripting languages such Shell and Python Scripts

• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers

• Experiences in AWS Server and Management Tools

• Basic understanding of traditional PBX and Asterisk

• Basic knowledge of SQL Language and familiar with MySQL

• Experience setting up and maintaining OpenVPN

• Experience in Call Centre environment is a plus

• Understand SIP (Session Initiate Protocol)
• Basic IP routing and switching experience (CCNA or CCENT certification will be an advantage but is not strictly required)
