JOB PURPOSE
As Admin cum Receptionist, you will be responsible for general office administration, spearhead ISO initiatives, liaise with suppliers, logistics support and inventory management.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner (in English);
- Receive & welcome clients and visitors;
- Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers, keep track and record;
- Take care of office profiles and newspapers;
- Keep the reception area clean and neatly;
- Schedule meeting rooms and monitor car usage;
- Assist in recording disbursements;
- Book air tickets & accommodation.
- Maintain and update contact details;
- Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
- Coordinate work flow.
- Be responsible and coordinate activities and events of the office.
- Handle administrative work of projects.
- Correspond with colleagues, business partners, external parties and guests.
- Prepare and control administrative budgets.
- Get involved in other areas of competence as required.
