· Reception & Administrative:
- Perform reception work to welcome, receive, guide, and open the ceremony for guests coming to work with Depts.
- Manage the reception area: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and professional.
- Arrange and prepare logistics for meeting rooms and customer groups according to the registration of the Depts.
- Answering the phone and handling information: Receiving and transferring calls to relevant departments. Recording and forwarding messages, letters, and dispatches.
- Office administrative support: Scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and providing logistical support for internal events.
- Supporting the others Depts. office administrative tasks such as: notarization, stamping, photocopying, receiving and delivering letters/postal items, etc.
- Performing celebratory work for general events of the Company...
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- GA controller: Manipulate statistical data (GA expense)
- Keep track and upload legal documents to E-Legal
- Edit and revise the final version
- Track back and store old documents properly
- Follow legal processing with vendor (if any)
· Legal:
- Translate related docs (policy, contract, etc)
· E-Finance
- Made, fill-in, keep data and upload E-finance system
· Logistics:
- Keep track and update new standards of quality applying for all products here sold in Vietnam
- Process testing products and make sure all the products have up-to-date certificate
- Being Contact point between vendors/forwarders/service, HQ and AVN. Make sure the shipment goes smoothly.
- Solve problems if any
· Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
