R&D Manager

• Perform research: experimental and theoretical activities;

• Process improvement: wire drawing, wire beakage, steel cord properties, machinery;

• Lab equipment management;

• Personel management;

• Supporting supervisor organize and develop R&D personnels to get the goals of department;

• Developing internal research programs to develop or improve existing products;
• Understanding customer' demands and develop new project adapt customer and satisfy customer's requirements;
• Determining and deploying new technologies used by suppliers (Wire rod, Lubricant, new sensor equipment, new stranding machine...);
• Can collaborate with Cross-function team to solve the arising problem.

• Working experience: relate to Chemical, Steel heat treatment, Mechanical, Material Science, Technology Science, accept other majors
• University Bachelor Degree in any majors;
• At least 3 years of professional experience or have held the position of R&D Manager
• Background of working in international companies is an advantage;
• Good communication skills in English.
