Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Performing Quantities Surveyor role for Commercial/ Residential project

  • Assist Cost &Contract Manager for building up cost data, internal procedure, cost report when require.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage QS consultant for the works and also perform below key responsibility:

•     Undertake costs analysis for design and project work, including undertake value engineering which is required.

•     Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

•     Undertake feasibility studies based upon the project requirements.

•     Perform risk and value management and cost control for design and project work

.•     Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.

•     Prepare tender documents, analyse tender clarifications, and recommend to  contractors and sub-contractors.

•     Negotiate and finalize contractual terms.

•     Prepare of cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis.

•     Vale contractor payment claims, certify as per actual progress and arrange appropriate payments

•     Review and negotiate VOs with contractors.

•     Negotiate final account with contractors at end of project and prepare final cost report

•     And other works to be assigned by Cost &Contract Manager
