Working location: AkzoNobel Vietnam - Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone (Daily shuttle bus services from HCMC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvements, standardization, and documentation across functions.
- Define and implement business and operational requirements.
- Manage customer complaints and drive process changes.
- Monitor, report, and improve process and quality performance.
Quality & HSF Management:
- Serve as Quality & HSF Management Representative, maintaining ISO and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee QMS and HSF systems, ensuring processes meet internal, customer, and certification requirements.
- Liaise with external parties on quality and HSF matters.
- Promote awareness of customer and HSF requirements across the organization.
Quality Control:
- Manage the QC department, ensuring finished goods and raw materials meet specifications.
- Oversee lab operations, equipment calibration, and team resourcing.
- Analyze data, prepare QC reports, and drive “Right First Time” improvements.
Other Duties:
- Plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews.
- Coordinate and support external and supplier audits.
- Lead corrective actions and cross-functional control plans.
- Identify training needs and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and uphold safety standards.
