Quality Assurance Superintendent

• Be responsible for co-ordination, establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality system ISO/IEC 17025 in INSEE Laboratories.

          2. Ensure QA HP Lab has competencies for laboratory testing according to ISO 17025:

• Arrange equipment for testing to be calibrated and checked on time, to purchase new one when necessary.
• Maintain testing environment meets requirement of test methods.
• Prepare and follow up training program for the present and anticipated tasks of the laboratory.
• Arrange corrective and preventive actions through the use of audit results and proficiency test.

     3. Monitor quality of purchased raw material of Hiep Phuoc Plant process:

• Arrange samples to be taken, sampling frequency, tests to be done to collect necessary data.

     4. Control quality of cement process:

• Issue targets of cement quality target.
• Adjust composition of cement products on time.

      5. Be internal trainer:

• Prepare and deliver technical knowledge and quality control of cement manufacturing
