Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for defining QA/QC strategy, approach and execution in development projects.
  • Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise within Quality Assurance.
  • Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
  • Focus on continuous QA improvements.
  • Building and maintenance of quality standards.
  • Monitoring of all the QA activities. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
  • Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff.
  • Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
  • Direct the development of the QA/QC strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance field. Prefer the experience in FMCG/Nutrition field.
  • At least 2-year experience at Director/3-year experience at Senior Manager level with significant achievements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English.
