- Supervise the establishment and maintenance of HACCP, BRC, food safety systems, etc.
- Report to the QFS manager on the progress of implementation, application, and maintenance of management systems.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of management systems.
- Support relevant departments in the implementation and application of management systems.
- Organize internal audits of management systems.
- Conduct food safety and hygiene assessments throughout the entire plant.
- Monitor and compile the implementation of corrective and preventive actions across the entire plant.
- Participate in supplier evaluations.
- Monitor customer complaints across the entire company.
- Product quality self-declaration.
- Provide food safety awareness training for employees.
- Other tasks as required.
