Mô tả công việc

  • Be responsible for ISO 9001 certification in Vietnam, including annual audits and triennial re-certifications.
  • Plan and execute internal audits, prepare for and support external quality audits.
  • Manage customer claims and handle quality complaints effectively.
  • Monitor product yield and ensure quality control from in-coming to out-going processes.
  • Continuously improve workflows, policies, and procedures to align with estron’s strategic goals.
  • Lead and train internal auditors, promote company wide quality awareness.
  • Support and maintain the D4 platform management system in the role of editor.
  • Coordinate closely with the Denmark office to ensure quality alignment and communication.
  • Manage calibration activities and evaluate measuring methods.
  • Serve on the Vietnam Management Team and contribute to strategic quality initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of maintaining ISO 9001 certification and leading internal audits.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems (especially ISO 9001) and internal audit methodology.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Experienced in using PDCA or other continuous improvement tools.
  • Proficient in managing digital quality systems (D4, DCS, ...or equivalent).
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and with international teams.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
  • Able to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, auditors.
  • Working time: Mon-Fri
