Purchasing Staff

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff member to manage procurement activities—researching suppliers, planning purchases, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to support smooth supply chain operations.

️ Purchase Planning & Payment Processing

• Review and verify purchase requests submitted by departments
• Develop and execute purchasing plans that minimize costs and meet operational needs
• Update the Production Control database within the Purchasing Public System
• Prepare and submit payment requests for both local and overseas transactions
• Create item codes for new products not yet registered by departments
• Register new suppliers and contractors in the SharePoint system
• Prepare cash payment documents (if requested by suppliers) for approval by Managers, General Director, and Accounting Department

Delivery Coordination & Supplier Communication

• Monitor order quantities and delivery schedules to align with production timelines
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize delivery plans and reduce inventory levels
• Work with the Warehouse team to address delivery issues and initiate claims with suppliers
• Communicate with vendors and clients to secure favorable contract terms
• Track inventory levels and generate replenishment orders as needed

Reporting & Documentation

• Inspect delivered goods and report any discrepancies or quality issues promptly
• Maintain detailed records of all purchased items for traceability and audit purposes
• Generate payment reports and conduct cost analysis to support budgeting and financial planning

6S Program & Cross-Department Collaboration

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

·         University/ College graduated  in Statistics or Accounting or related major

·         Having experience in Purchasing or the relevant position, preferably in Manufacturing environment

·         Experience in purchasing raw materials, supplies and other commodities... etc is a plus

·         Good English in both written and verbal skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office software

·         Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude; Careful, hard-working, responsible and discipline attitude;

·        Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills 

·         Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure.
