1. Building Competency Foundation & Learning Paths:
• Collaborate with the L&D Asst. Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build and standardize the Skills Matrix and Technical Competency Framework for all roles within the Poultry division.
• Based on the competency framework, design and implement detailed Learning Paths for each role, from new hires to management levels.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Training Center's activities, including needs analysis, instructional design, training delivery, and post-training evaluation.
2. Developing Training Programs & Content (E-learning & Blended):
• Take the lead in developing detailed content for training programs, based on the approved competency framework and learning paths.
• Develop E-learning modules: Work closely with SMEs to convert technical knowledge into digital scripts, video lectures, interactive quizzes, and other online learning materials.
• Design effective and creative training programs using a Blended Learning model.
3. Training Execution & Management:
• Develop detailed plans and coordinate all activities for the deployment of training programs according to the approved schedule.
• Manage logistics for all training sessions (both in-person and online), including instructor coordination, learner management, materials, and systems.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track learner progress, and manage employee learning data.
4. Participation in Other Strategic Talent Development Projects:
• Collaborate with the L&D Asst. Manager and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to implement talent development initiatives for the Poultry division that extend beyond the Training Center's scope.
• Support the rollout of programs such as Talent Identification, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development programs tailored for the technical teams.
• Participate in building and implementing competency and performance assessment tools related to the technical field.
5. Measurement & Reporting:
• Implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Generate regular reports for the L&D Asst. Manager on implementation progress, participation rates, learning outcomes, and other relevant metrics.
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Learning & Development (L&D) role.
• Proven, hands-on experience in building competency frameworks, skill matrices, and learning paths.
• Experience in developing training programs, especially E-learning.
• Professional knowledge or a background in the poultry, animal feed, or veterinary medicine industry.
• Familiarity or prior involvement in talent development projects such as succession planning or performance management.
3. Skills:
• Strong Instructional Design skills and systems thinking.
• Excellent project management, planning, and execution skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with an ability to build robust processes and standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for presentation design and Excel for data management.
• Preferred: Experience with E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, iSpring, Vyond) and LMS administration.
• Good command of English, especially for reading technical documents.
