Property Management (Supervisor/Deputy Manager)

- Performing the actual inventory, issuing, liquidating, withdrawing or destroying assets, tools periodically of units of the Company.

- Building management software system, regulations and processes of asset management of the company.

- Issuing codes, stamping fixed assets, tools before handing over. Responsible for statistics, management of fluctuations, relocation of fixed assets, tools and equipment between departments and units.

- Updating and purchasing insurance for the whole company (property insurance, fire insurance ...) (if any).

- Based on the situation of using equipment at the units, directly implementing the replacement documents, repairing damaged equipment.

- In charge of monitoring, supervising, installing new employees' work places and transferring assets when needed. Responsible for confirming, recovering employees' assets when quitting, transferring tools to IT Dept to delete data, check storage reserves.

- Coordinate with relevant departments / units to check the effective and economical use of the company's assets, tools. Research, propose, improve the management of assets, tools.

- Other task assigned by line manager.
