JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure all administrative duties assigned are professionally carried out.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange appointment/ schedules for the Department as per request.
- Arrange and coordinate of meetings chaired by the Head of PM.
- Take minutes of meeting as required.
- Prepare & distribute of memo, information and all formal correspondences issued by the Property Manager.
- Fill all kind of Building regulations properly (tenant handbook, fit out guidance…)
- Dispatch information when needed to all staff in a professional manner
- Support manager in dealing with suppliers/ contractors for necessary operational matters concerned to company activities as assigned.
- Prepare, translation in-out correspondences; filing and efficiently retrieving all documents relating to the operation within the company.
- Be in charge of CSR (Community Social Responsibility)
- Be in charge of BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
- Review and comment on the Memorandum/ proposal follow FAL (Financial Authority Limit)
- Handling other daily tasks given by Head of Property Management.
