Project Manager, Business IT Solutions

Get to know the Role:

• Manage multiple People Solutions projects from initiation to completion to ensure projects are completed are on-time and within budget
• Analyze data sets to identify, prioritize, and address risks and opportunities; drive standardization and continuous improvement for the organization
• Responsible for capacity planning and capability building for the delivery teams
• Identify, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, consolidate bespoke processes, and scale with growth
• Partner with business analysts to review business requirements, design solutions, UAT plans, and drive change management and training activities

The must haves:

• Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

• Investigative and problem solving, critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and business risk analysis skills preferred.
• Knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall) and when to apply each method based on each scenario
• Excellent time management as required to work with employees, vendors and management, often spinning multiple plates at once.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Wrike and JIRA desireable
