Get to know the Role:
The Project Manager, Business IT Solutions (CRM) will be accountable for project planning to completion. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- leading in project management of complex CRM projects to ensure execution from initiation to completion.
- defining the right program/project structure and provide guidance to the project team in ensuring projects committed are delivered on time and meeting customer satisfaction
- managing escalation and proactively engages project stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve project objectives
- negotiating with customers on project priorities and influencing/gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
- coaching and mentoring team members on emerging CRM technologies, delivery methods and project best practices

- attain PMP or relevant certification
- demonstrate experience in supporting contractual, invoicing & commercial management and execution
- has applicable knowledge of project management tools such as Wrike and JIRA
- has working experiences with operational support services and quality assurance processes.
- demonstrate ability to adapt, embraces cultural diversity and working effectively with remote teams
