Get to know the Role:

The Project Manager, Business IT Solutions (CRM) will be accountable for project planning to completion. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• leading in project management of complex CRM projects to ensure execution from initiation to completion.
• defining the right program/project structure and provide guidance to the project team in ensuring projects committed are delivered on time and meeting customer satisfaction
• managing escalation and proactively engages project stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve project objectives
• negotiating with customers on project priorities and influencing/gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
• coaching and mentoring team members on emerging CRM technologies, delivery methods and project best practices

The must haves:

The ideal candidate:

• has at least 8 years professional experience in Project Management

• is a leader; walk the halls, understand what’s happening, and lead the teams and stakeholders.
• understand CRM processes/operations with proven track record in implementing Salesforce across Asia
• attain relevant Salesforce.com certifications
• demonstrate deep project management expertise with broad technology knowledge necessary in building an eco-system supporting CRM processes and operations
• must balance the needs of the stakeholders (scope of work, conditions of satisfaction, success criteria), GTS vision, GTS PMO delivery frameworks and be able to steer a path to meet the needs of all
• demonstrate ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure independently
• demonstrate the ability to work closely with the project team to find appropriate solutions, and proactively set up action plans to anticipate on complex problematics

The good to haves:

• attain PMP or relevant certification
• demonstrate experience in supporting contractual, invoicing & commercial management and execution
• has applicable knowledge of project management tools such as Wrike and JIRA
• has working experiences with operational support services and quality assurance processes.
• demonstrate ability to adapt, embraces cultural diversity and working effectively with remote teams
