Project Implementation Manager

The project implementation manager is a key role in connecting customer needs with internal resources, and is responsible for the full cycle management from project engagement, program design to project implementation. This position requires the candidate to facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, to ensure smooth information flow, timely progress, and successful project completion. This position also requires a proactive learner who can engage actively with various stakeholders and assist in managing project-related tasks.

1. Communicate fluently in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, handling translations, meeting minutes, and daily correspondence related to projects.

2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and with supply chain, IT, or other relevant departments.

3. Assist project managers in tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating resources.

4. Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

5. Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of information.

6. Support execution and optimization of supply chain or IT-related processes, if applicable.

7. Participate in team trainings and knowledge sharing, maintaining a positive learning attitude to improve personal and team capabilities.

1.      Fluency in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, both spoken and written, is mandatory.

2.      Willingness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude towards communication and coordination.

3.      Prior experience in project management, IT, or supply chain is preferred.

4.      Strong time management and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

5.      Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

6.      Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit, can work efficiently under pressure.
