Mô tả công việc

  • Monitor and control daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved.
  • Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
  • Initiate and implement productivity and process improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Manage and monitor production equipment; coordinate with the maintenance team to handle breakdowns or abnormalities.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze production data to prepare performance reports (OEE, Yield, Defect Rate, etc.).
  • Provide guidance and training for operators on work instructions and safety procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in production or process engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication and report-writing skills in English or Japanese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
